How to file a report and do it correctly.

Before creating a report thread for issues or on in bugs section, check if there is already a thread where this problem was posted and continue in there and be sure to include:

1. Your server number and in-game name (case sensitive).

2. A detailed description of your issue (what happened, when did it happen, what platform are your using (Browser, GTarcade Desktop App, Facebook Gameroom, etc)).

3. Screenshots and/or videos if possible.

After you have done that, wait for a moderator to respond, please take into account that we are humans and not machines and have our own personal lives and as such can't be here 24/7
