Phone In Use?

Well, I got a brand new error message when trying to link my mobile phone to my account.

This time, it says: "Phone Number Already In Use",

I'd much rather have it linked to my Norheim 0289 account.

I don't know where it might be,,as this is the third kingdom I've been in.
