Green, blue and purple artifacts

Many players no longer need common artifacts. Thousands of them are stacked high. Why not update the settings so everyone can sell or trade them in the marketplace instead of having them sit there unnecessarily? For example, trade every 100 common artifacts for 5 orange artifacts. Or every 1,000 common artifacts for 5 kvk stones. Who would vote for this proposal?
