Where did the weekly gift bag go

Many players power up is focused on weekly gift to recharge once a week and get 3k soul for 0.99 dollar the next and now its just vanished these week without any notice or something. is these a bug or they just removed it cause of the bug issue that was said in announcement few weeks ago.
