I do not have any information on timing. But, I can tell you that the issue with the mobile app has been reported and escalated. In the meantime, please continue to apply a Truce in-game. The Truce is functioning normally in game where you can apply up to a 14-day Truce via the Sept of the Seven. The Protector system is also functioning normally and your Protector can apply a Truce at any time on your behalf.
We reported and escalated the issue. Let's hope it is not too much longer. In the meantime, please apply the truce in game and/or ask your Protector to apply a truce on your behalf.

It has been reported and escalated. The only thing I can tell you is to use the Truce afforded to all of us in game and apply a longer Truce if you are having issues getting into the game at times. I also encourage you to get a Protector because in times like this, it can be beneficial.

The issue with the mobile app has been reported. Let me be very clear. The issue only applies to the mobile app. You can still apply a Truce in game (4-hour, 8-hour, 1-day, 3-day, 7-day and 14-day Truces are all available). You can also tap your Marriage partner or your Protector to apply a Truce for you at any time. Hopefully, it will not take too much longer to fix the mobile app. It has been reported and escalated, as we know that some players rely on the mobile app to apply Truces. But, during this time, please use the in-game ways to apply the Truce, where we have many additional Truce options.
