When is this really stupid bug going to get fixed, I'm sick of the criteria being met and the collect button never activates, many times I have to give up because it remains inactive and I don't make the final rewards including the 500 diamonds, this has happened many times.
A good suggestion would be to change it to logins because this dev team suck at anything involving time/dates.
In screenshot 2, over 12 minutes has elapsed and the option to collect is still unavailable.

This may sound stupid but I have been closing the game but leaving the GTArcade page open on the Home page. I then log in with another device and continue with dallies. Then after a short time, 30 minutes or more, log back on through the GTArcade client and it works. I do not know why but switching between devices seems to correct some of the glitches, at least for me. Hopefully it is something you can do
Curiously, I don't encounter this issue. On top of PC reboot, I switch my account daily, so I always have a "fresh" time counter every day, so that might have been why I have no issue on this task. If you don't like to wait, load the game by Web-Play App or browser if you still have your flash installed there. It always work for me, ready to collect the moment the character is loaded. Still, I will let the devs know about this, just not sure if they will do something about it.
