Problems with the game crashing or freezing.

I still have the same problem the game crashes or freezes and can't play fully because of these problems and all servers have been full for a week now. I am on Seafish server and use Vivo y28 mobile phone. Are these problems caused by the game or my mobile phone? If it is caused by the game please improve and develop it if you don't want to lose players or customers because of not fixing the problem. I am also a fan of the anime and this game and I feel very bad about these problems so please fix it!!!
