Lost server

So long story short,I was playing the game one day,and when I click into it,it shows me the intro animation and the tutorial.I went to check the server but I honestly forgot what my original server is so I went to the my server list but I saw nothing.I already submit a ticket and I'm currently waiting for them.Just want to know that did anyone of you met this situation? I need a way to get back to my original server because I am not restarting my whole progress.Well,If I have to I'll do it but I'm still hoping for the their reply or maybe you guys can give me a solution
