Could you please assist in checking my account? I play Angel LOA 1 on Server 388 (Dorado). During the Fortune Bag event, I reached 40K points and claimed all the prizes. However, when I opened them, only the Angel Essence Level 20 and Angel Combo Essence Level 20 were missing. I also have other issue like my hero Shadow Kitsune only attack low when in battle area, fyi my shadow kitsune has highest attack in my battle party, but on battle field like clash of might, she only attack low, could you please check it out ?
