Deleting/Unlinking GTarcade

Does anyone know how to delete the GTarcade account I have linked to my game? I'm okay deleting my entire GTarcade account as long as this will unlink it from the game. If not, how do I unlink it? I'm not comfortable with them keeping my email info forever.
