I have asked everyone to post any post-merge issue under the announcement post but it seems not many are reading that. Back to the topic, I'm aware of the on-going issues and already reported them to the devs since morning. For those who have stuff missing, please DON'T do anything to your character. We will get to it, one at a time.
A gentle reminder, I cannot do the fixing, reporting them is all I can do. You are not okay with all the wait, the same can be said for me as well. I have been trying to get them fixed the most urgent ones, like servers that still experienced Bad Gateway. I have a lot of things to say myself but at this point, we will just have to work together to tackle the issues one by one, so your patience is much appreciated.
Updates:
- Check-ins, I believe the issue is fixed and already requested for the correct rewards be provided in hot events for those who collected them before the fix.
- Divine Realm, is fixed along side alliance chat and PM.
Incomplete Data Migration
Your data is NOT lost. They have discovered that not everyone in the newly merged server have the same issue, so I will need your help in posting your in-game name, your old and new server name/number here. List down what you noticed missing and the devs will transfer the data from your old server afterwards.
BR Loss
If NOTHING is missing, your BR loss is likely due to the adjustment the devs did for everyone on the merged servers. They did this adjustment during the previous merge. I will confirm this with them later. For now, those who are still missing their stuff will take priority. I'm sorry if you find this unpleasant but that's our current situation and I'm hoping that you will at least try to understand my position. Thank you.
Lucky Points on Starry Dream
This issue is reported and still under discussion for solution because there is a possibility that players who lost their lucky points can't get their points back and will be offered compensation instead. Please note that this is not happening to all players. I have another character who went through the merge and everything remained in tact, nothing is missing after the merge. For now, all we can do is wait and see if they can somehow retrieve the lucky points from the old server. I will give another update once a final decision is made.

IF YOU SEE "REPORTED" FROM ME, THAT MEANS IT IS REPORTED. YOU JUST NEED TO WAIT FOR THE DEVS TO FIX IT. REPORTING IT MANY TIMES WON'T MAKE THEM FIX IT FASTER. THANK YOU.

now you said DONT do anything in your char what do you mean ? no do dailies ? no colect anything ? we must get out of game for few days ? what ?
To clarify, not do anything means, not doing any major upgrading or the like on your character. Let it stay as it is while you do your dailies. During last merge, we had players with missing angel and it was restored safely. Just give the devs the time to fix the issue is what I'm saying.

there are many items missing , i already open a report yesterday , i was playing few chars on the merged servers , the missing data seems to be the same for everyone (angel essences , amulets , godsend , khaoscards , unbreakable , breakthrough , handbook, etc.) , IGN TheAssKicker (old server Melton 870) UD11 facebook/gtarcade ue2 after the merge

Problems reported have been fixed but overall br is way down still.
Specifically, Angel Essence has been returned to same as pre-server merge but when i look at individual angel's br it is nowhere near what it was.
