Payment problems and bugs rules this game

Hello GoTWiC comunity,i have two questions to ask...First is why it happens to me,all the time recharge black diamonds are missing and me getting them back only when subbscribing a support team ticket after few days...This cause to me my lost events and unjoyable game expierence.You got a 100 tickets already and do nothing with that to fix...Other is about i cant change my weapons for comannders cause bug do happen and there is no chanse to do that.Plz fix these issues for my acc as soon as posible.Thanks.NiGhTKinG from Public server world 475.
