There's a little game in my crash

For more than 2 months the gane crashes EVERYWHERE, I have a hard time even getting into the game, when it finally gets there, it randomly crashes, today I couldn't even complete a fight because of this BS. Support has done nothing but buy time about this issue I'm reporting more than 2 months ago, I think it's enough you make yourseld worthy of some respect and fix this garbage right now!
