Troops going down after training or use Hospital

Hi, after 5 month and several tickets my issues keep alive, I mean if I have 400,000 troops if I use recovery and training after the process is completely is possible that my total troops go down to 340,000 in total. after several update this issues continue make me lost a lot of resources and time and no one of support is help me.

Does any one know how fix it?
