Security Alert Prompt

I'm sure I'm not the only one here, been playing with computer in my workplace for almost 2 month now, the prompt keep appearing when I'm playing. When I play with compatibility mode it doesn't load but instead it's white screen, but when I play with Turbo Mode I can play but that prompt keep appearing whenever i press Play and when the game is loaded up it also appearing like this, but way more frequent every time it load something... I would say it's not my account is the problem so I think I don't have to put my server and IGN... Too much to mention. I hope somebody can help me about how to make this disappear for good. Anyways my System is Windows 7, I can't upgrade the system because the processor is too old.
