Is Saga Surplice Rebirthed Armor upgrades a JOKE??? WHO CAME UP WITH THIS?

I never use Saga Surplice, because he is weak and is one-shotted every time I do use him. But he has two benefits: weakens enemy saints and lessens their speed.

On the other hand, Tencent has completely #FAILED in his rebirthed armor/cloth. Is Saga Surplice stronger? No. Is Saga Surplice weakening opponents more, or making them slower? No.

This has to be the worst Rebirthed Armor of them all.

Rebirthed Cloth/Armor difference (upgrade) states: <<WHEN ANOTHER DIMENSION IS ACTIVE, SAGA SURPLICE WILL GAIN A SHIELD EQUAL TO 10% OF THE MAX HP, THE FIRST TIME HIS HP FALLS BELLOW 50%. WHEN SAGA SURPLICE HP FIRST FALLS BELOW 20% GAINS INVISIBILITY (NOT TO BE CHOSEN FOR ATTACK) (LIKE WITH APHRODITE'S SHYNESS/KANON GEMINIS INVISIBILITY) FOR 2 ACTION TURNS.>>

A 10% shield will not make Saga Surplice tougher. Won't even stop one attack much less make him survive that one attack. Most meta saints today attack AoE (area of attack) (attack all opponents at the same time). Thanatos, Shura DC, Cid, Aphrodite DC, Defteros, Yoma, etc. One AoE (attack from an opponent saint that targets all opponent saints) defeats (kills 20% health in that one attack). So, both characteristics <<designed>> by Tencent/GT Arcade/Yoozoo for Saga Surplice SUCK REALLY BADLY!

Saga Surplice needs to be upgraded to level 5 (10 skill books) level 80 and have 7th/8th sense maximized, then spend 1900 advanced crystals, millions in gold and 24 million in HP, plus at least 6 days to be able to rebirth this senseless and useless rebirthed armor.

It gives 250 Cosmic Attack points and 400 HP points. Not speed, not cosmic defense pierce. Nothing relevant or important for all it costs. This is shamefully embarrassing and a truly waste of our time.

I am ashamed of all of you for selling worthless crap like this!
