Ourea gone missing

I just realised, but somewhere around the 13th my Ourea went missing. He is not even on the list of available angels. It was sometime after I awakaned her. I noticed that day during the DW that something was wrong: the battles would hang indeffinietly unless I refreshed the page, i guess it had something to do with that, as now nothing is working. I did win Tycoon, again, but since I assumed I already had him I handed the icon in for other rewards.
