My 2.3M coupon account has only obtained 1 triple speed cosmo in regular events as Treasure Hunter, Medal, Bounty Trial or Katya events during all these years of spendings and farming, while there is a lot of "lucky" accounts with less spendings obtaining 6 or 7 triple speed cosmo in the same regular events.
