With so many skills to choose from, it can be intimidating to know which skills are the best options to choose, and which skills are to be avoided. With this guide, you will now be able to learn about the skills one at a time. 

Today, we will be taking a look at Chaos Storm, one of the newest additions to the game. It is an epic skill with no limits on which position it can be placed on. It has a 70% chance to activate every 6 seconds, dealing both physical and magical damage, as well as reducing the enemy’s physical and magical defence.

How to Obtain

While Chaos Storm used to be available from Recharge Gift, it is not no longer available. The only way to obtain the skill currently is from the Ability Stone Selection Chests that can be obtained from Wisdom Well. Since it can only be obtained this way, it is an expensive skill to obtain.

Best Immortals

Since Chaos Storm does both physical and magical damage, it can be equipped on any immortal regardless of what type of damage they do. It is usually placed on damage dealing immortals to maximise their damage dealt. As it also reduces the defence of the enemy, the skill can also be equipped on support immortals, increasing the amount of damage the enemy takes.

Accompanying Skills

Since most players use Chaos storm on their magic immortals, we will focus on the best skills to accompany Chaos Storm on them. Immortals such as Himiko, Loki, Hammurabi, Empress Wu, Baldwin and Cleopatra are all able to equip these skills.

For teams focused on sustain, Demonic Contract and Battle Stance are great skills to go with Chaos Storm, maximising the amount of damage it is able to do. This is a great combination for Earth or Holy teams with Himiko or Loki as their only damage dealer. 

For teams that focus on dealing large amounts of damage quickly, Chaos Storm is able to work in tandem with skills such as Spell Disintegrator which also reduces the enemy’s magical defence. Abundant Spirit increases the probability of skills being triggered by 10%, further increasing the amount of damage that can be dealt quickly. 

Battle Report Analysis

For teams such as the popular Earth Himiko team, Chaos Storm is able to consistently deal large amounts of damage, often reaching around 25% of the total damage dealt. This would already make it a great skill for most situations, but Chaos Storm also reduces the enemy’s magical defence by 10%. This boosts the damage from other sources, such as the immortal’s ultimate skill, and any other skills that are equipped.

Epilogue

As with the release of any new skill, Chaos Storm opens up many new possibilities with the new skill combinations that can be equipped on different immortals. It is a very versatile skill that can be equipped on almost any immortal, and can be used to either deal damage or reduce the defence of the enemy. For those who have managed to obtain it, Chaos Storm will easily find a way into one of your teams. For those who have yet to obtain it, it could be a good skill to slowly work towards in Wisdom Well.
