GTarcade top up not appearing in game

Did two top ups on GTarcade. First one went through immediately. The second one was done more than 30minutes ago and I still have not received my vouchers… submitted a ticket regarding this but I have already missed out on quite a few pop-up packs because of this! Worst still, I asked the Discord mod and he told me I needed to wait 3-5 days for a response??? At this rate I might as well quit already? Such lousy system… full refund me all my top ups!
