game is broken

I know the Devs were on vacation, but my game is breaking down more and more by the minute. I just spent my renewal of 24+ dollars and recharged diamonds as well.. I can't see my characters, my sylphs, my magic house, my drills, runes, hero training, upgrade hero, elemental training, dragon souls, Angel artifacts and set party, the inherit angel Olympia is still not 180 and more.... There is no way possible I can play the game and Tycoon is tomorrow also. I am CrazyGirl from Athena(S191)PST
