[Review] Server Sleuth: Summary and Analysis of Servers 281 Through 285 in Infinity Kingdom

💠Introduction

What’s up, folks? Welcome to my edition of Server Sleuths where I’m going to take a look at each server, five servers at a time, to give you all the details from their rankings and Legion of Frostborne(LoF) efforts to their world chat and activeness. Players are always looking for new servers to jump to and scout for LoF so I hope to provide some information on servers so you don’t have to make accounts for those you’re not interested in. Space Portals are an expensive investment so this can serve as a guide for you to determine which server may best suit your playstyle. I will also be updating the server rankings on the Infinity Kingdom Discord Community as we go along. In this article, we’ll take a look at servers 281 through 285.

💠Server 281

Server 281 is a three-color server, but the power resides mostly in the Vitas and Ruslan factions. To rule the world(TT) rules the Vitas faction with 128 players with a total of 94 million power. Great Red Warriors(GRW) dominates the Ruslan faction with 109 players who have a total of 61 million power. Lastly, Great Legion(GL) controls Ydvia with 102 members and a total of 56 million power. The top five range from 231k to 313k with the top three using Shadow, Shadow, and Earth marches, respectively. Most of the spenders on the younger servers are using Shadow marches probably because Holy Dragon costs 100,000 VIP points and they may not have that many yet. These servers haven’t played any seasons of KvK yet so it’s difficult to tell how good their diplomacy is, but they hold half of the cities in their current season. The server rotates COR between the three factions and the migration limit is set at one million power. The chats are extremely active and for a newer server, you could do much worse.

💠Server 282

Server 282 is a two-color server that is shared by Garden of Death(GoD) and Cursed Renegades(CR). GoD controls the Ruslan faction with 123 members and a total of 79 million power while CR reigns over Ydvia with 85 members and a total of 53 million power. The top five range from 236k to 312k with the top three using Shadow, Shadow, and Fire marches, respectively. Compared to Server 281, they are less populous but their top players are comparable. 282 currently holds no cities in their first KvK despite having a decent number of players. They don’t always rotate COR and seem to be still going through growing pains as a young server. They don’t have the same cohesion as some of the older servers or even some of their peers. They’ll get there eventually or split. There isn’t a migration limit set so anyone can join the server. You can certainly consider 282 as a potential destination but if you’re looking for an already established young server, I would probably look elsewhere.

💠Server 283

Server 283 is a three-color server where most of the power lives in the Ruslan faction. HouseofTargaryen(HOT) has 115 players with a total of about 71 million power. Barks & Bites(BB) is the main alliance for Ydvia and has 104 members with a total of 57 million power. Green Federation(GF), as its name states, rules the Vitas faction with 114 members and a total of 56 million power. The top five have powers between 212k and 274k with the top three using Shadow, Shadow, and Earth marches. Server 283’s population exceeds 282’s and is comparable to 281, but their top players aren’t as strong as the previous two servers. The server controls nearly half of the cities in their current season of KvK, likely due to an alliance with Server 281. The server rotates COR between the three factions and there isn’t a migration limit so any players can come and go. While 283 isn’t the strongest, they have a high level of activity and their chats are extremely active as well. It’s worth a consideration as a destination.

💠Server 284

Server 284 is another three-color server, but most of the strongest players are in the Ydvia and Vitas alliances. Dragon Valley(DV) is the server’s Vitas alliance that has 113 players and a total of 63 million power. Sky Star(ST) is the server’s Ydvia alliance that has 91 players and a total of 53 million power. ETERNAL(TR) is the Ruslan alliance that has 109 players with the lowest total power at 42 million. The top five players range between 209k and 287k with the top three all using Shadow teams. The first Ruslan member doesn’t appear until rank 14 and the next one doesn’t appear until rank 50. It shows most of the power are hugely consolidated into DV and ST. They may as well get rid of the red faction and condense the active players into the two stronger alliances. 284 currently holds seven cities in their first KvK and will likely lose to Servers 281 and 283. 284 just doesn’t have the firepower and barely holds a candle to the servers with 300k players. COR has only happened three times and has only been rotated between green and red. It’s likely ST will get the next rotation. The migration limit is set at one million power. 284 is worth considering for an active community, but don’t expect them to win KvKs much.

💠Server 285

Lastly, Server 285 is divided into three colors, but like the last server, most of the strongest members are in the Ruslan and Vitas alliances. Red Lions(RDS) heads the Ruslan faction with 117 members and a total of 54 million power. North Wind Blade(NwB) leads the Vitas alliance with 120 members and 85 million power. DAWN OF JUSTICE(DAW) is part of the Ydvia faction and has 108 members with a total of 46 million power. The top five range from 220k to 253k with the top three fielding various Earth mixes. 285 is by far the most populous server according to their numbers but also the weakest of the five servers here. They might fare better if they consolidated and only divided the territories between RDS and NwB as the first player in DAW is ranked 26. They are still preparing for their first KvK season. They rotate COR between all three colors and the migration limit is set at one million power. They aren’t as strong as the previous four servers but they are also several weeks younger. They will be matched with Servers 286, 287, and 288 in their first season. The community is active but whether they can perform in KvK is yet to be seen.

💠Summary

Servers 281 and 283 have the most potential with 281 being extremely strong and 283 being active. Server 282 might not have much of a future if they can’t put together a win in KvK despite having strong players. Server 284 has an active community but is weaker than 281 and 283. Server 285 might not be as established as some of the other servers yet and it’s also far weaker than the previous four.
