Cannot awaken angel Evoka despite having enough awakening stones.

Hello,

I have been trying to awaken angel Evoka, so that I can continue on progress in Angel Handbooks. I have more than enough awakening stones to make the level. When I move to awaken, it says the angel was awakened, but there is no response, and no change, even after refreshing and returning and even the recent update.

Please advise.
