Angel Inherit is broken

Hello again,

it seams that is a problem with inherit. If you remember my situation with the hero inherit (Astromancer to Golden Saint), back in September and for that I still wait for the resources.

Last days I do an inherit from Inferyxia to Gloria, but lvl was not transfer. I used a lot of angel tears to bring Gloria to lvl 180. On top of that I see that evolve level is not the excelsior (lvl 20) that Infernyxia had before inherit. Gloria is now at majestic (lvl 7). I have around 148k Seraph's Stone, hope to be enough to bring Gloria to excelsior.

What should I do? Use my Seraph's Stones? Or should I wait maybe the bug will be fixed.
