Why don't they tell you to do what you want, as much as you think, and we'll give you points as much as we want?

Yesterday, the Rebel leader 9 attacks turned into 3 points 

today 

Gathering 12 collecting and even only 1 point. (3*Stone > 3*Wood > 4*Iron > 2* Gold)

That makes no sense.
