The secret Formula to beat Earth/ Wind Hybrid?

Greetings, Greetings! Have i just discovered the long lost secret Formula to beat Earth/Wind Hybrid? Or was it simply just RNG? while it still needs more testing this is the first time i have come this close to defeating the famous Earth/Wind hybrid. I've been constantly swapping skills for hours, days, months like a mad scientist! And voila! This one hit close to home.

I don't have any frost skill (yet) so all the skills used for testing were F2p skills.
