MuDC not doing true damage with his 3rd skill (AoE)

How is it possible that since launch of MuDC this bug has not been adressed and the character does 0 true damage when using his AoE skill, the 3rd one, when clearly all allies have a wall on them and the damage is based on this. (See image for example, this is used in a PvE instance where enemies are not immune to true damage). Please fix this as soon as possible to make an already lacking character more usable, please.
