Ultimate Conquest was about to begin for N3O. They have qualified from the 6th place after a very hard match fought against HOH in the 6th round, where everything was on the line. Before arriving into Ultimate Conquest, they had lost 2 matches against BDR and WTF, matches that they wished to not repeat again. They are now ready for the first round of the tournament. Previously during the last season, they had a surprise elimination against NBe, something that they did not want to repeat again. Such surprises or underestimations of the enemy were not going to happen again, at least that is what Ashun believed. He is a racer of N3O, tasked with the responsibility of everyone's placement on the map, so that they get the best results available to them. They were being led by B3nni, he is N3O's strategist, as well as a rally leader. He was the one responsible for the success and growth of N3O in the past. Now, aided by amazing guides such as Ana, he leads N3O towards new faithful aspirations and goals, aiming for the highest positions available to them.

Ultimate Conquest operates much like Alliance Conquest, albeit with a few adjustments. Instead of accommodating 100 members, alliances are limited to 70 participants. This modification aims to intensify battles, fostering a more rapid and dynamic gameplay experience. Additionally, a significant change permits each participant to deploy up to 4 million troops into the battlefield, an increase from the previous limit of 3 million. This adjustment aims to bolster the defense and capture of key buildings, compensating for the reduced number of alliance members. Despite these alterations, N3O harbored reservations about their impact, as the allure of participating in such a prestigious tournament was widespread among members. Nonetheless, those who were unable to participate were prepared to spectate from the sidelines.

Another disparity between Alliance Conquest and Ultimate Conquest lies in the showcasing of opponents before the fight. N3O found themselves paired to face WoW, an unfamiliar opponent whose presumed strength posed a formidable challenge. However, the disadvantageous timing of the match—scheduled for 01 GMT, a time unplayed by N3O throughout the season—added an additional layer of complexity. Despite the anticipated difference in strength, N3O acknowledged the inevitability of facing formidable obstacles.

In Ultimate Conquest, two factions, Lannister and Targaryen, fight for control of Casterly Rock and other key buildings such as Ports, Outposts and Mines. This season has brought changes to the event as we knew it. Holding certain combinations of buildings would bring about better buffs for the whole alliance. Ashun's opponents find themselves on the Targaryen side, a position earned through their ranking. The alliance ranked above earns the Lannister side, whilst the side with less points assumes the Targaryen side.

Ashun was overjoyed to have the opportunity to play in the tournament at last and relieved that the difficult qualifying process had gone well. Before their most recent Alliance Conquest match, they finalized their lineup, bringing it to a point where they felt confident and capable of taking the crown. But they needed to finalize their strategy before the Ultimate Conquest encounter, where they expected to have a categoric victory. Although they qualified this far, their opponents will undoubtedly be weaker; therefore, they must handle them carefully to avoid a surprise defeat. Thus, B3nni, the strategist, disclosed everyone's position in the impending battle. For Ashun, that meant racing once again, that was what he was the best at in his field. Other various members were tasked with certain jobs, such as slow marching or rallying buildings preventively. These tasks were something that all members were familiar with, easing the pressure as favourites before the match. Once the jobs were handed out and prepared, everyone was ready.

With all of the preparations finalised, the fighters entered the battlefield, their eyes were fixed onto the opposition, who seemed to lack even more members than N3O, that did not manage to come with a full roster, with 39 against 63. This was something that no one expected, the discrepancy was too great. In Ashun's eyes this meant just one thing: no surprises could happen when they're playing at a bad time. The winner of this encounter is going to face BDR in the next match, the loser will head into the losers' bracket, where they will have a chance at redemption.

Once the initial buildings unlocked, N3O has gotten all of them, with only a few of the WoW members attempting to race. Ashun was looking at it with a saddened look, it felt as if the opponents were not going to try to their fullest, leaving the match feel empty. On top of it, Ashun had lost the race for the warrior against Kayanide, it was a sour taste for him as he wished to capture every building he was racing for due to his poor form in past matches during the regular season.

But alas, he had to focus on the next target: The swaps that were about to happen.

Winning buildings comes with great responsibility in having to keep them, many alliances proceed to do so by swapping a rally leader inside the building they hold after a race. N3O was one of those alliances, thus proceeding with great care, swapping all of the initial buildings whilst waiting for the ports to unlock.

Now with the swaps completed, it was time for the ports to unlock, Ashun was going to race for one of them, hoping to capture and regain his form before the big match next time against BDR. To him it seemed as if WoW was not participating much into the fight, letting N3O win with ease. But as his thoughts came to an end, the bubble dropped, and within mere seconds, he had once again failed, this time against Lyyanna, who was yet another experienced racer.

The swaps followed suit, with no interruption from WoW, who could not interfere nor recapture any building.

As time went by, nothing happened between the two alliances, with N3O only waiting for Casterly Rock to unlock. The procedure was standard for the building, something that Ashun was very used to do, race, disband and swap. However, with his lack of form, he was demoralised even in a match that was almost secured.

Now the bubble on Casterly Rock was down, Ashun repeated the process of his races once again, but to no alas, he once again failed it to yet another N3O racer, who had no issue with the swap, securing the majestic building.

With Casterly Rock secured, so was the win, pushing N3O into the next round inside the winner's bracket where they will face against BDR. Their next encounter is one that will decide the fate of the tournament for N3O, as it has all of the harder matches following it should they have a good run against BDR. WoW will now continue inside the loser's bracket, where they will have to win every match in order to not be eliminated. Ashun wants to prove himself in their next round, but it will be a dire task in his current form, will he be able to bounce back?
