Case function not working

Hey guys, so uh.. my "case" function isn't working. As in it won't open when I click on it, as well as the function to switch lobby characters. Both of them isn't working. I tried restarting, even tried reinstalling the game, both didn't work. If anyone knows how to fix this, pls help.
