Cheats?

One account on Server 1528, and many others is using cheats, has racist comments, . Is that OK with the DEVS to let him do that, or not really?

I`d like to send to you recent battles, with him, If I knew how to download it. HE doesn`t have gear, white angels, nothing, and beats three of us, as a free player, on a let`s say newer server. He emptied it, because dozens of people left `cause of him. And he told me similar things happened on previous servers? Not to mention he has dozens of alt accounts, and plays by himself... Even if he is storng as a free player, is racism something DEVs approve on this game?

But I say, this guys uses cheat, some sort of them, whatever.
