mini ****** not working

I Play on NGames normally and I downloaded the Desktop App. It worked well for about a month and then it just stopped. It gets stuck on the login screen. I already tried to redownload the game and cleared the DNS. I even tried adding it to my allowed apps on my firewall. Absolutely nothing is working.
