Special Offer of 5-24-23

I recharged through the special offer available on the main game screen and once again did NOT receive the items I paid for. Since I play through Facebook (that's where I started playing LOA in 2017), it seems there are issues recharging/purchasing items through the Direct Shop or Special Offers.

Not that long ago I had a recharge issue that was finally resolved and was told the issue purchasing/recharging through the Direct Shop for Facebook use was fixed. Well apparently not, so I need help getting resolution with this issue.

This time I took screen shots so there would be no doubt that a purchase/recharge was made.
