No Frost Strike Skill Books

I did not receive the 50 skill books from the latest St. Patrick's Day gift codes to unlock/activate the skill Frost Strike. There's nothing showing in my inventory. And the skill itself is not showing that it can be unlocked and activated in the Awaken interface.

Please resolve this issue, as I'm not the only one missing the 50 skill books for Frost Strike. Thanks!
