no icons

i have white boxes where icons should be n on the top no icons just words for each icon rather irritating especially the white icons i uninstalled reinstalled then had some lil box show n looks like its downloading then its gone if this is a new maintenance way very interesting but what ever this glitche is im glad i have a brain n can read n remember if there s a resolution great that would be nice
