Alliance Mobilization

One of my Alliance Members just learned the hard way that an Alliance Mobilization quest to "Transport 5M Iron" to the Alliance Warehouse didn't count! I guess you can only transport to other players. She wasted a lot of time and got taxed quite a bit.

Would the Old Gods consider changing this? Transporting resources to the Alliance Warehouse benefits everyone, not just one member.
