Moving my account

I have an account through R2Games for about a year and just learned about gtarcade and want to play with that account through here now. Can I even do that! How do I do that? I started another account on here trying to see if I could transfer my account but i dont see any options. I am sure I am not the first cause R2Games SUCKS!!
