The victory achieved in the previous round had lifted spirits among the members of House of Heroes. They felt almost invincible, and even though the defeated opponent wasn't top-tier, it had paved the way for them towards the Ultimate Conquest if they maintained this momentum.
"I wonder who we'll face today," Neik asked as he headed towards the battlefield, accompanied as always by Ferrious and Mayhem. "Our alliance's score went up after the victory in round 3; surely, it'll be a challenging opponent," they replied. The march continued with curiosity about who their rivals would be, with the only certainty being that they couldn't afford another defeat.
Upon reaching the battlefield, they gathered with their group to hear the strategy directives laid out by the leaders: "Today, there's great participation from our members, and I want to thank you for consistently bringing the name of our alliance to new heights. Shortly, we'll see who today's opponents are when they arrive on the battlefield. Whoever they are, we'll fight giving our 100%, placing our most skilled members on the battlefield to defend the conquered buildings as usual," Grombold said after studying the battle plan with the council.
Just as the last sentence concluded, in the distance, the enemy banners were spotted raised in the air during their march. They were...
LEGION (LEG)

The name of their alliance was known and feared, consistently ranking in the top 16 of Alliance Conquest editions. Led by formidable leaders such as VOHRA, Valliry, or Vredersbyrdd, the group had achieved a historical record similar to HOH: two victories and one defeat. If today's encounter was any indication, this was a challenging group to face and conquer.
"We have the advantage in terms of participants, with 97 of us against their 94," Neik stated.
"Yes, but only by three members, and with such a high turnout, I don't think it will make a difference," Grombold replied, addressing the other alliance members as well.
The beginning of the match was imminent, and as it approached, the tension rose. The soldiers stood ready, following the orders of their commanders who would lead them through enemy lands. The cold of December became increasingly harsh, with a frigid air that penetrated the bones. The sharp wind whipped the alliance banners, but the warriors were determined to resist despite the harsh weather. The snow crunched beneath their boots as they prepared for battle, making the atmosphere even more intense and filled with suspense.
And so began the match that would determine the winner of the fourth round between HOH and LEG!
The beginning of the match was balanced, with two buildings each!
LEG swiftly decided to change the defending member of Mother, initially captured by them, but their plans did not unfold as hoped. Tardis lay in ambush and, during the swap attempt, took possession of it!
The first order from the alliance leaders was to immediately launch a massive attack on Warrior, the only building not under the control of HOH. Without wasting a moment, the members launched their assault, besieging the walls guarded by BabyKactopck!
...at the umpteenth attack, they finally managed to drive out the enemy, who had defended against the assaults of their rivals for a long time.
The attacks concluded just moments before the Ports opened. At this moment, the army under Grombold's command was in the most favorable position for them: in control of all four positions!
Opening of the Ports

Both alliances secured one each!
LEG decided to make the first move and organized immediate attacks towards the Targaryen Outpost, which was not well-reinforced by HOH members. When the defending member, Urielki, alerted Depravity of the impending siege, he decided to implement a plan devised beforehand...
When they set out to attack the Targaryen Outpost, HOH deliberately chose not to intervene in its defense but instead... diverted their troops to besiege the Targaryen Port. The attack was a success, as LEG members did not notice the incoming enemy forces. This proved fatal for Vius, who was defending it.
"The strategic importance of the ports is unparalleled. It was a good idea to exchange the buildings," Neik said to the mastermind behind the action.
The match was going smoothly for HOH; possessing the majority of the structures ensured a minute-by-minute score higher than their opponents, widening the gap. However, nothing was to be taken for granted. The match was long, and the enemy was too formidable to be underestimated.
After being overwhelmed by HOH's strategy in the early stages of the match, LEG decided to wait for the opening of Casterly Rock. They had confidence in their abilities, and possession of it alone could tip the match in their favor.
Casterly Rock

Upon its opening, like a fury, once again Vius for LEG took possession of it!
"We need to try to conquer it as soon as possible to discourage the enemies from continuing the battle," Neik suggested, just as they had done in the match against VME. Grombold gave the order for all rally leaders to gather their attacks; they would be heading to besiege Casterly Rock!
HOH's gathered attacks were challenging to repel, and after another incoming assault, the defenses set up by Vius were shattered by the powerful strike delivered by AK0086!
There was no escape for LEG; the incoming attacks were too well-synchronized to be thwarted, and only a miracle could prevent this. However, not everything went wrong. Valliry, seizing the enemy-created chaos in Casterly Rock, decided to besiege Warrior to obtain the 40% attack buff for their alliance, hoping it would be useful in defending the main castle. Although this wasn't enough, now the temple had passed into LEG's hands, a strategy similar to what their rivals had employed previously.
As soon as the leadership noticed the opponents' clever plan, just like before, they ordered the immediate siege of the structure. Getting there before the defenders could reach it was vital, so there was no time to waste. All the most skilled members in battle set out for the conquest, including Neik himself!

The enemy had been annihilated.
The multitude of attacks, even if individually launched, was impressively numerous, and in the end, even one of the most skilled fighters like Valliry had to yield.
"At this point, we have nothing else to do but wipe out their troops," the leader's message was clear and simple. Preventing an enemy counteroffensive was crucial, and the best method was to launch attacks on their bases, a plan already tested and perfected!
Attacks to the enemy base!
There was nothing LEG could do. Despite their few attempts to besiege buildings held by their opponents, HOH was not foolish enough to leave them unguarded. When the troops that failed to breach the positions returned, they were intercepted by enemy forces.
Not even the mines could reverse the outcome of a match that, at this point, could be considered concluded with the supremacy firmly established on the battlefield today by HOH!

The best fighters of the match were:
- Delthulu per HOH: Earned this recognition for the cunning displayed on the battlefield during attacks on enemy bases, where he proved to be one of the most formidable opponents to face.
- Vredesbyrdd for LEG: If there was a member among them who struck hard, it was him, but it wasn't enough to avoid defeat in the match.
Thus ended the fourth match for HOH, with another victory. Their journey seemed destined to conclude right where they aimed from the beginning – in the Ultimate Conquest. However, there were still two more encounters to face. Would they succeed, or was something unexpected waiting for them around the corner?
