Remove the Cheat Algorithm

When will this cheat algorithm be removed from the game?

I waited until my agility buffs ran out and tested against a player I know for a fact routinely gets this 'random' bug!

7 battles without agility buffs, allowing Angell's IA to go first.

Amazing hey, a random bug that stick to a player like a shadow, 10 battles and I did not benefit from the 'random bug' once.

I shall be adding the other 'known' players to this thread during the next few weeks so that players can see how desperate GTA is for their 30 pieces of silver.
