Nether Fightmage is missing

Hello all! Especially mods!

Won tyc ss and exchanged 1st rank reward angel for the hero (nether fightmage). Problem is that the actual exchanged took place but the hero never came. So now no angel, no hero. I've checked several times and nothing. Can't post screenshots cause the exchange took place on the 16th and I found out about it today 18th. You all know my reputation and I don't presume that you think I'm pulling your leg. Let's settle this like civilised people. Besides any mod could enter my account and see for himself there is no angel and no hero.
