Not able to equip sprites and event bugged?

I am unable to equip sprites in the sanctuary deploy tab. I can deploy mounts and elysians, just not sprites.

Also, is there a bug with Sea God event? It just says feature not available. Is it not up yet or is it glitched, just wondering what's going on with it.
