recharge and clifford tree

I recharged today but the Hot events/Clifford tree value II does not let me collect the "Complete all the above requirements and any recharge on Aug 8th" You can see the above collects items have been collected and I have recharged today Aug 8th so I should be able to collect that prize ? It did allow me to collect the first line of "Any recharge today" items showing that I did recharge today.
