We are being lied to about every maintence period.

I have been looking at the last 10 maintence periods and have compared the code alterations be4 maintence and after maintence.

There is no such attempt to even debugg the client .

i will start posting evidence of the alterations the dev has done in the last 10 maintence periods , it has nothing to do with even attempting to fix the app hang.

You are taking customers money and you are not using the funds to hire someone to rectify the problem.
