Craft Master Scrolls

Would it be possible to obtain more Craft Master scrolls, it is difficult to gain enough of these without spending significant diamonds and seeing as though many aspects of the game have improved in terms of item availability and cost, it would be really helpful to free players if CM scrolls were to be increased.
