issues still not resolved

what is the point in doing maintenance when all it does is add more things we do not need and just causes yet more issues. my game is virtually unplayable with so much freeze, not loading of events and loss of rewards due to either DC or very long freeze. i have stopped putting money in this game. i would not buy broken equipment or items from a shop so why should i pay for a game with so many issues. if it wasnt for the friends i have made in game and cross server i would quit this game altogether
