Double Charged Issued And Irresponsible Customer Service

I was gotten doubled charged on daily gem package in November last year. But I still haven’t received any compensation. Each time I remind them in customer service ticket, they only sent the same post not even fking change anything. That’s is not much, but the way they treat players, they will loss more.
