Too much hit

Can any explain, how the clothing function from below image works?. My toon got better hit outfit than opponent but the br between our clothing so much. All high spenders have this advantage, don't know how it calculated. But that function boosting hit and dodge stats so much.

And there's an another example, below one quit the game, so he removed all his equipment, heroes, angel, and even homestead score items. but his clothing is also high even after that, and still having 242 k hit stats without anything. how???. He also high spender

I'm not being rude, just don't know how this functions works. In case it not related to high spenders, can any explain how it get high?
