Data Center Relocation 1 hour early?

It was announced to start at 8:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) ... I thought I still had an hour to play. But the servers went down 7:00 AM EST!! Although it went offline 8:00 AM ET (Eastern Time). Would be great if they don't mess up time zones OR to communicate the local time of the servers (server time).

Not happy with this poor communication.
