increase heroes agility

hello everyone, just wanna ask for some strategies to increase heroes agility? fyi i've worked on :

-golden armaments +95, enchant dragon wings to lv 5, improve to 41 stars, engrave +30 (working on them everyday), holy crystals lv 10 on each armament at the last socket (160% bonus),

-boots +100, enchant lv 6, evolve lv 4 (using ascension stone), equipped as high as possible agility gem on each equipment

-deployed fairies n fairy pals all increase agility on each hero (upgrade +-lv 60, evolve +-lv 7, sturdiness lv.40),

-godsend lv 6,

-sylph gear enhance +40, ascend ghost feather lv 6:1,

-sylph training lv 9:1, sturdiness lv 61

-stable -> hero mount all increase agility, lv 7:4, soulchain and mode all increase agility

-guardian angels using angels with angel skill increase all party's agility

-dragonsoul increase agility

-element training lv 100

-angel covenant trying hard to get the agil bonus

but my hero only got about 2mil agility... the other heroes only got 1+mil agility... i've looked at some lower level players (below lv 80) and they could get 11+mil agility for their heroes... what am i missing ?? pls help
