Game Improvement Suggestion

A couple of suggestions so that High BR players on a server can't hog all the resources...

1. Make Demon Leader kills limited to x number of kills a day
2. Limit the number of times a player can kill the same opponent in one event (example, Double Escort)

Bully players with high BR can ruin the game for everyone else and it is NOT FUN!
