Low Damage IA

With all the fobbed off posts I have made about weak IA's scything through stronger IA's overshields what the hell is going on here?

If this does not prove what I have whined about for years I don't know what will. Players are able to smash through all sorts of buffs after an IA goes first but here, the IA cannot kill a single unshielded hero, despite going first. Switched the sylph to Fairy Curse extra 86% damage, made no difference whatsoever!
